By accessing or using EMBXY™ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Membership

EMBXY™ membership is by invitation only or through corporate partnerships. By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the authority to create an account (for corporate accounts)
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription and Payments

Membership fees are as stated at the time of registration:

• Annual membership fees are non-refundable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Corporate memberships are billed according to the agreed terms

4. Acceptable Use

Members agree not to:

• Share account credentials with non-members
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EMBXY™ including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of EMBXY™ Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

EMBXY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
